FBC Family & Friends Pool Party

Nearly 100 folks came to Henley Aqatic Center after worship on Sunday, April 11th to enjoy food, fellowship, and fun! The KIDZ had a great time playing water basketball, jumping off diving boards and generally splashing around with their friends and family. Some adults got wet too-and shared with each other as we stuffed our faces and visited:) Thanks for sharing Mrs. Ronda's birthday cake with her as well!

VBSU Networking Training

Thanks to our VBS director, Adrianne Miller, and the many volunteers that decorated, planned, hosted, brought food, watched children, etc...we were able to raise $575 toward our VBS budget 4/24! Plus, KIDZ Court looks fantastic. Serveral KIDZ were able to earn an hour of Rent-a-Kid to go toward their camp cost as well. A successful event always makes the long hours worth it. God blessed our efforts. May we use what we have been given to help others know Him.

Easter Sunday

What a wonderful Lenten season and Holy Week! The KIDZ started Lent by recieving a KIDZ Bible MP3 player and participating in the 'You've Got the Time' scripture listening series. We enjoyed great weather for the FBC Egg Hunt at McCoy Park and the Palm Processional around the Independence Square. The KIDZ then helped lead worship with dramatic readings and praise songs. They even got to witness a baby blessing and baptism! Thanks goes out to our KIDZ Street Team and the congregation for all their hard work and support-we are blessed!
